The Services shall be rendered through its mobile application and web-based application that is made available to its users (“you” / “your” / “user” as applicable) from time to time, individually and collectively referred to as the “Platform”. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

WHAT CONSTITUTES PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 A.When you access our Platform, we collect, store and retain certain information for provision of Services, including but not limited to the following:

(i) your personal details such as Name, Date of Birth/Age and Gender, (ii) Contact Details such as Residential Address, contact number, email address, location (iii) transaction- related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use the Platform from us, (iv) any information you provide DHEE when you contact us for help, (v) Login ID and password, (vi) user details as provided at the time of registration/signup or any time thereafter to DHEE, (vii) shopping information including the items you view, put in your cart or add to your wishlist, (viii) information you enter into our system when using the Services/Platform, and (ix) Your usage details such as your content, time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used and any other information that is willingly shared by you or is essential for rendering our Services.

B.In addition to the above, the following information is defined as “Personal Information” under Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices & Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”) to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.


The SPDI Rules further defines “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to the following: (i) passwords; (ii) financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details; (iii) physical, physiological and mental health condition; (iv) sexual orientation; (v) medical records and history; (vi) biometric information; (vii) information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise; (viii) visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter; and (ix) call data records.


(Points (A) and (B) shall collectively referred to as "Personal Information").


You shall, at any time while using the Platform and/or the Services, also have an option to withdraw your consent given earlier to us to use such Personal Information. Such withdrawal of the consent is required to be sent in writing to us at support@dhee.com. In such event, however, DHEE fully reserves the right not to allow further usage of the Platform and/or provide any Services thereunder to you.


HOW IS PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED?

DHEE may collect information either actively, as described above, or passively.


To improve the responsiveness of the Platform, as you navigate through a website, certain information can be passively collected (that is, gathered without your actively providing the information) using various technologies and means, such as Internet Protocol addresses, cookies, Internet tags, and navigational data collection.


The Platform uses Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

As a user, you have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your Personal Information that DHEE holds, including registration details.


You can log in to manage your email preferences and follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in commercial email messages. If required by you, DHEE will delete the Personal Information provided by you in connection with the Services. DHEE will remove your public posts from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but DHEE may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy, unless prohibited by law. Thereafter, DHEE will either delete your Personal Information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. Upon deletion of your Personal Information, copies of your Personal Information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages.

The Personal Information collected from you will, at all time during retention, be maintained by DHEE (including its employees, representatives, partners, etc) in strict confidence and DHEE takes all necessary precautions to protect your Personal Information both online and off-line, and implements reasonable security practices and measures including certain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of DHEE’s business.


However, please take note that, DHEE does not undertake any liability for any un-authorised use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify DHEE by sending an email to support@dhee.com. You shall be solely liable to indemnify DHEE due to any loss suffered by it due to such unauthorized use of your account and password.


Notwithstanding the above, DHEE shall not be responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. Further, DHEE shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of DHEE including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User etc.


DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
